I'd like to give everyone a brief heads-up on a very talented new Hip-Hop act by the name of M.I.C.
They just completed their debut LP, entitled The Hope. The record has 17 completely original tracks and is self-produced -- quite impressive for two 17 year-olds. They will be working on a video for their first single, "In Your Eyes" shortly. M.I.C. have a great message and I trust you will enjoy their music

classickj writes "The up-and-coming Montreal-based Hip-Hop group Any Double U releases its debut album "Complex The Langue" today. The 12-track bilingual album promises to be filled with innovative instrumentals, metaphorical lyrics and a vibe like no other.
The group's music brings you to an experimental side of Hip-Hop that has not been explored yet. It combines a wide variety of the band members' influences, while bringing two languages into one world of music. Any Double U is all your double personalities. Whether you feel joyful, groovy or even philosophical the essence of your feelings transcends through the melody.

rawzilla writes "We're asking all SO-LIVA (David Davis) fans, friends, family, and acquaintances to PLEASE REQUEST HIS VIDEO "HEAVY" be played on Much Music. It's been a while since Much Music has allowed a solid artist from South Western Ontario (Windsor) get a chance to be in the spotlight. If you notice they tend to focus more on Canadian artists from Toronto, Vancouver, and even Montreal. SO-LIVA (David Davis) is a versatile rap artist that has songs for virtually every taste bud. His album Northern Invasion was released this passed summer under his independent record label Maple Nutz Entertainment and is available in HMV across Canada. This artist definitely has the skill and the potential but NOW HE NEEDS THE LOVE AND SUPPORT FROM HIS PEOPLE in order to rise to the next level. If you would like to see this artist rise in the Hip Hop World then please show your support by taking 5 to 10 minutes out of your schedule to request "HEAVY" on Much Music. You could do it by simply writing a letter, emailing, or by phone. We appreciate all the help and support we can get with this and is something we can only accomplish with everyone's combined help. SO-LIVA has put in hard work as un underground artist over the years representing Windsor, Ontario, and not to mention all of Canada so please show some support. Please Contact Much Music by one of the methods below and tell them you want to see SO-LIVA's video "HEAVY" and why.
